可做 6"x6" 蛋糕
材料:
(餅底)
Oreo（奧利奧餅乾） 7塊
溶牛油（液體奶油）2湯匙
(蛋糕體)
高脂忌廉 (高脂鮮奶油，Heavy cream) 200毫升
忌廉芝士（奶油乳酪） 200克
砂糖 75克
雲尼嗱精油／香草精 1 茶匙
檸檬汁 1 茶匙
Oreo （奧利奧餅乾） 8-10塊
**If you are not consuming this at home (e.g. you are taking it to a friend's place or sth like that) you have to ADD 1Tbsp of Gelatin Powder melted in 2Tbsp of hot water, to the mixture before pouring it into the mould.**
